Deeper Man is a wonderful addition to Maestro Kabusacki’s already impressive discography. Focusing solely on guitar & effects, Fernando’s playing exudes a sense of completeness, an element not often found in “solo guitar” excursions. Those already familiar with Kabusacki’s albums will undoubtably welcome Deeper Man with open ears. Likewise, it serves as an ideal starting point for those unfamiliar with his magical music. this progressive-classical instrumental acoustic trio have so extensively evolved over the years with discipline- they've honed their craft so scholastically that they're very adept at finding the true heart of a song. Using strings, wood & precise interchanging exchanges of rhythm, their guitars tell stories via complex layers of notes that melodically seep emotional journeys within a nouveau classical styles involving melodic tapestries that are reflective, introspective, somber yet elating. theromansokal

My first listen was a chance detour from FB following a link if I recall. What a delight and pleasure. The album has no weak spots and kept me attentive till the last. The bassist was my first focus then the great drums and pure clean sound. That's when I realized the guitarist was all that. The first track needs to be a theme song/band for a TV show or pod cast, love it. They capture many elusive feels both older and current with the least trickery and maximum musicality. RandyHiatt
